New testimonial email from one of our clients to her friends!
All,
I wanted to let everyone know about this great program my kids have been doing all month.
The Youth Athlete Development Program offered by www.bodyformpersonaltraining.com.
This program has been awesome for my kids during the month of September, and they are going to continue to participate during the month of October.
(Lance and I may just sign Drake up for the entire year!)
Meg has noticeably increase her flexibility, and during her club volleyball tryouts on Sunday she felt like she was able to jump out of the gym.
Drake has also increased his flexibility, speed, strength and he can do more pull-ups then Meg will count. LOL :)
Drake usually goes to class at least 5 times a week, and meg goes at least 4 times. It has worked out great going right from Hadley to class, and I can drive 3 more kids if you are interested.
I have so many great things to say about this program and the trainers, Andy and Jeff. If you have any questions about their program just give me a call.
Julie DeMaar

Success!
One of our athletes had an outstanding game last week helping his team to another win. His parents just told me he has a noticeably faster first step than the rest of the boys. Hopefully soon I can announce who this scholastic champ is! I need to ask permission and sometimes I just like to keep it a secret!
